What is white ink?
White ink is an additional colour used alongside standard CMYK colours (cyan, magenta, yellow, black). It’s typically applied as a base or flat colour to enable accurate and vibrant printing on non-white stocks.
What stocks does white ink work with?
White ink works best on non-white stocks. Our range of Colourplan stocks, kraft, metallic silver, and transparent papers all provide excellent bases for vibrant white ink printing.
How do I set up white ink?
White ink needs to be set up in its own print-ready PDF. Artwork should be set up at 100% black and positioned exactly where you want the white ink to appear on the page. If you’re unsure, contact us — we’re happy to guide you through the setup.
How long does it take?
