What is die cutting?
Die-cutting is a finishing technique that cuts precise shapes or patterns into your book or cover. It’s perfect for creating windows, decorative edges, or unique design details that reveal what’s beneath — making it a great way to highlight details, give a peek inside, or add a tactile layer of interest to your project.
What stocks does die cutting work with?
Die-cutting works beautifully across all our stocks, though it really shines on higher GSM cards, — giving you crisp, clean edges and a premium finish.
How do I artwork to be die cut?
We need the die-line supplier as a vector in a print-ready PDF. Artwork should be set up at 100% black and positioned exactly where you want the die line to cut/fold/perforate. If you’re unsure, contact us — we’re happy to guide you through the setup.
How long does it take?
